The humble beginnings of Ganachified is more than just a result of a passion for making delicious chocolates, it includes overcoming challenges, hope, trust, family and perseverance. Jared Lendy, CEO and creator of Ganachified, was born and raised on the Northwest side of Chicago. Due to a severe learning disability, which included an auditory processing disorder, he received special education services throughout his school years. Jared and his family worked diligently to overcome his challenges. His love for making different foods and desserts guided his decision to attend Triton college. It was there that his love for making chocolates flourished. Jared’s parents never gave up hope for Jared and knew that God was guiding his every step. With the help of his sister, Hannah, sister-in-law, Amy, brother, Caleb and his father, Greg, Jared was able to create Ganachified. Each chocolate is carefully handcrafted, using only the finest ingredients to ensure the perfect balance of flavors. From the beginning, Jared decided that there would be no colored dyes or artificial flavors in his chocolates.
